Michael is a Code Consultant at ZoneCo. He has worked on and led zoning code rewrite projects in Virginia, Maryland, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Ohio, including the 2026 Rockville, Maryland zoning ordinance. He brings a strong attention to detail and a love of writing to the drafting table, which is where a zoning code is won or lost.

Based in Washington, D.C., Michael serves ZoneCo's National Capital Region and Mid-Atlantic clients and works with the full team on projects nationwide.
