Many communities don't have a zoning professional on staff, and many that do have more work than one person can carry. ZoneCo provides on-call zoning services on retainer or by the hour, so the questions get answered and the work gets done.

How it works
We start with a short orientation to your code, your map, and your processes. From there, you send us the question or the application, and we return the work on an agreed turnaround. Retainer clients get a standing monthly allotment and a named ZoneCo contact; hourly clients are billed only for the time used.
Because our team includes lawyers, city planners, and designers who have served inside local government, the same people who write codes for a living are the ones answering your questions about yours.
