The work
ZoneCo rewrote Bowling Green's zoning and subdivision regulations as one code and created a new Gateway District.
The update took on hot-button issues, including building heights, bright signs, and accessory dwelling units. City Council reviewed code options in October 2021, final touches were made in spring 2022, and the Plan Commission finished its work and sent the code to Council in September 2022.
