The work
Centerville is home to Ohio's largest collection of stone buildings. ZoneCo kicked off the zoning code rewrite in January 2026 with historic preservation partners Gray & Pape, so the new code can protect that heritage while the city grows.
Progress
ZoneCo held the city's first Technical Advisory Committee meeting on October 19, 2026. The committee will help guide the new code as drafting moves ahead.
