The work
ZoneCo first rewrote Cleveland Heights' sign code. In January 2026 we kicked off a full zoning code rewrite with partners OHM Advisors, City Architecture, and Urban3.
Cleveland Heights has a dozen business districts, housing of every type, and Ohio's first enclosed mall, Severance Town Center. The new code has to work for all of them.
