The challenge
New Circle Road is a notorious commercial beltway dominated by auto-oriented development. Lexington set out on a multi-year effort, Imagine New Circle Road, to reimagine this critical pathway through the Bluegrass.
What we did
ZoneCo worked alongside a team of professionals to craft new village zoning for large parcels in B-3 zones along the corridor. ZoneCo also prepared design guidelines for Legacy Park.
