The place
The Village of Amelia was dissolved by its residents in 2019, and its land is now part of Batavia and Pierce Townships. Ohio Pike (S.R. 125) runs through it.
What we did
ZoneCo led the "Pike with a Purpose" community assembly, a three-day design charrette to envision a new village center along Ohio Pike.
Recognition
Pike with a Purpose was selected as a Legacy Project for CNU 32, the 2024 Congress for the New Urbanism.
