The work
Webster Groves is a St. Louis inner-ring suburb. ZoneCo kicked off its zoning code rewrite in June 2026, with Jocelyn Gibson managing the project.
We love the 1920s suburbs and enjoy helping them strip away their 1950s-80s zoning to get back to fundamentals.
