ZoneCo’s Regulatory Design Studio (RDS) is focused solely on bringing zoning to life through simple, effective, and beautiful illustrations. The RDS is led by ZoneCo’s Director of Urban Design, Joe Helferty.

An example of the power of the RDS is seen in the innovative corridor village districts created by ZoneCo for the City of Huntsville, Alabama. Simple, yet powerful, regulatory graphics brought the corridor village to life in the updated Huntsville Zoning Code.
