Todd Kinskey, FAICP

Background

Todd is the immediate past Director of the Department of Planning, Neighborhoods & Development for the City of Dayton, Ohio, and former Hamilton County, Ohio Director of Planning + Development. He brings more than three decades of local government planning, zoning, subdivision, housing policy, and project management experience to ZoneCo's clients across the nation, and has led numerous code update and rewrite projects for complex and diverse built environments.

He is a committed, caring, and thoughtful city planner whose work has been recognized by the American Planning Association through his induction into the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Certified Planners (FAICP) in 2020. He has served as APA Ohio President, on the City of Cincinnati Board of Zoning Appeals, and as an adjunct professor of city planning at the University of Cincinnati's DAAP.
